SensaMind is operated by ThetaData L.L.C. (“ThetaData,” “SensaMind,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Your privacy is fundamental to the design of SensaMind. SensaMind is intended to provide a private environment in which you can record and better understand your reactions, emotions, experiences, and personal patterns.
This Privacy Policy explains what information SensaMind collects, how that information is used, and the choices you have regarding your information.

SensaMind allows you to record personal reactions, observations, emotions, experiences, reasons, and other information you choose to enter into the application.
This information may be personal or sensitive.
Your identifiable personal SensaMind entries are not sold to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
Third-party service providers used to operate or analyze SensaMind receive only anonymous or de-identified usage information and do not receive information that identifies an individual together with that individual's private SensaMind entries.

We do not use your identifiable private reflection data for third-party advertising.
- WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL REFLECTION DATA
ThetaData L.L.C. does not sell your identifiable SensaMind entries or personal reflection data.
We do not provide identifiable emotional or self-reflection data to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
We also do not share identifiable personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If these practices ever materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notice, consent, or opt-out mechanism required by applicable law before the changed practice applies.
- THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
ThetaData L.L.C. may use third-party technology providers to operate SensaMind, including services that provide hosting, databases, authentication, payment processing, application infrastructure, security, or analytics.
Where third parties receive SensaMind usage information for analytics or similar purposes, that information is limited to anonymous or de-identified data and is not provided together with information that identifies an individual user.
Payment providers may separately receive information necessary to process a transaction. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy practices.
- PERSONAL AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION
SensaMind is designed for self-reflection and emotional awareness. Information you choose to enter may therefore concern your emotions, experiences, relationships, reactions, or well-being.
We recognize that this information deserves a high level of privacy protection.
ThetaData L.L.C. does not sell identifiable sensitive personal information entered into SensaMind and does not use identifiable private reflection entries for third-party targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
- SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No electronic storage or transmission system can guarantee absolute security, however, and we cannot promise that unauthorized access will never occur.
You are responsible for protecting your password and other account credentials.
- DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide SensaMind, maintain your account, satisfy legal requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain appropriate security and business records.
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information.
Following a valid deletion request, ThetaData L.L.C. will delete or de-identify information associated with your account except where retention is required or permitted by applicable law.
Information stored in backups may require additional time to be removed.

- CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS — CCPA/CPRA
This section applies to California residents to the extent that the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), applies to ThetaData L.L.C. and the personal information at issue.
Categories of Personal Information
Depending on how you use SensaMind, we may collect categories of personal information such as:
Identifiers, including your name, email address, account identifiers, and similar information.
Internet or other electronic network activity information, such as application usage, interactions with SensaMind, device or diagnostic information, and similar technical information.
Commercial information, such as subscription status and transaction-related information.
Sensitive or wellness-related information you voluntarily provide, including information contained in personal reflection entries that may concern emotions, experiences, relationships, reactions, or well-being.
Inferences, including patterns or insights generated from information you choose to record when SensaMind provides such functionality.
We collect these categories from you directly, from your interaction with SensaMind, and, where applicable, from service providers involved in providing the Services.
We use these categories for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing and securing SensaMind, maintaining accounts, processing subscriptions, providing requested features and insights, troubleshooting, supporting users, and improving the Services.
Right to Know and Access
California residents may have the right to request information regarding personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, sold, or shared, including applicable categories and specific pieces of personal information.
Right to Delete
California residents may have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from them, subject to exceptions permitted by law.

ThetaData L.L.C. does not sell identifiable personal information and does not share identifiable personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Accordingly, SensaMind does not currently sell or share personal information in a manner for which an opt-out would be required based on the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
If our practices change, we will provide any legally required “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” or equivalent privacy choice mechanism.
Sensitive Personal Information
Information voluntarily entered into SensaMind may contain sensitive information.
ThetaData L.L.C. uses such information to provide the SensaMind functionality requested by the user and does not sell it or use it for third-party targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
Where California law provides a right to limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information, ThetaData L.L.C. will honor that right when applicable.
No Discrimination
ThetaData L.L.C. will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful denial of SensaMind services, different pricing, or a different level or quality of service.

- CONSUMER HEALTH AND WELLNESS INFORMATION
SensaMind is a self-awareness and personal reflection application. It is not a healthcare provider, psychotherapy service, mental health treatment service, or emergency service.
SensaMind does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or mental health conditions.
Because information entered into SensaMind may relate to emotional or mental well-being, ThetaData L.L.C. treats such information as sensitive information and will comply with applicable consumer privacy laws governing such information.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy should be interpreted as a representation that SensaMind or ThetaData L.L.C. is a HIPAA-covered healthcare provider.
- ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND AUTOMATED ANALYSIS
SensaMind may use automated systems or artificial intelligence to provide features such as pattern recognition, summaries, or personalized insights.
If identifiable user information is processed using an outside artificial intelligence provider in the future, we will update our disclosures and implement applicable consent and privacy protections required by law.
SensaMind's automated insights are intended for personal awareness and informational purposes and are not medical or psychological diagnoses.
- CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
SensaMind is not intended for children under 13.
ThetaData L.L.C. does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Additional age requirements may apply in certain jurisdictions.
- LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
ThetaData L.L.C. may disclose information when required by applicable law, court order, subpoena, or other valid legal process.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud or security threats or to protect the rights, safety, and security of ThetaData L.L.C., SensaMind, our users, or others.
- BUSINESS TRANSFERS
If ThetaData L.L.C. is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of its business or assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable privacy law.
Any successor's handling of personal information will remain subject to applicable law and the privacy commitments applicable to that information.
