My path didn't begin in a classroom — it began with my own struggle to make sense of emotional pain that traditional approaches couldn't reach. I noticed that managing emotions wasn't enough. There were deeper patterns — quiet, persistent loops — driving how I responded to life.

That curiosity launched decades of study, practice, and refinement. I worked with hundreds of clients navigating grief, chronic illness, anxiety, and major life transitions. What I discovered changed everything: when people could measure their emotional patterns, they could finally transform them.
